feat!: delete kix, quest.moq.dev, and quest runner - #575
Conversation
Quest serves moq-dev only, and kix had never run on a real repository: its App, kixel-quest, was installed nowhere. moq-bot, which the host's daemons already act as, is the only GitHub App. Removed: the Worker (cloudflare/), `quest runner` (src/runner/) and its flake package and agent pins, the quest:kix hold label, kix's sessions comment that quest review and quest usage read, the Isolated and Sandbox workflows, the site-only theme assets, and the quests that built on kix. The land tests' fake GitHub moves to test/github.ts, cut to what they use. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

No actionable correctness regressions found in the retained CLI changes. I checked the removal boundaries and remaining source/test imports, the single-label hold policy and its tests, PR-body-only model selection and usage attribution, the extracted Claude rate-limit reader against its previous implementation, the relocated land-test GitHub fake, and package/Nix/workflow changes. The rate-limit extraction preserves rejected-event, billing-error, and legacy reset handling.
Direction: the code is consistent with the stated removal scope; no blocking code change identified. The Worker, storage, DNS, and GitHub App cleanup listed in the PR remains a separate operator step, not something this diff performs.
Static GitHub-only review. I did not run builds, tests, Nix checks, or live CLI flows, and have not independently verified the author's reported test results or external deployment state. This is a comment, not a merge approval.

Quest serves moq-dev only, so kix goes. It had never run on a real repository: its GitHub App, kixel-quest, was installed nowhere. moq-bot, which the host's daemons already act as, is now the only App.
